Restaurant Lafleur is a top international restaurant with two culinary orientations: On the one hand, Modern Gourmet Cuisine and, since 2014, a vegan gourmet line, which was ennobled with two Michelin stars in 2016.
Since 2015, the restaurant Lafleur is a member of Relais & Châteaux and since 2017, the Lafleur belongs to the International Restaurant Association, Les Grandes Tables du Monde and thus among the 200 best restaurants worldwide. Andreas Krolik was named Germany's best chef by Gault Millau in 2017, and in 2019 he received 19 out of a possible 20 points. Krolik describes his cuisine as a modern craft. Sustainability plays a very important role for the chef, as does the use of funds. They create expressive taste experiences consisting of multi-layered, natural and regional basic products. Coupled with artistic finesse, Andreas Krolik cooks in an uncomplicated and clear manner, which makes his cuisine so exceptional.
The concept of our café is based on the tradition of Viennese coffeehouses with classic German confectionery and the finest French patisserie.
